American Equality
One of the greatest values in American history is equality. Our nation was founded on the idea of all people having equal representation and treatment in the nation. Every single person living in the US is unique and different in their own way but they are still represented with equality in our society-everyone has the right to an education, everyone can vote, everybody has the freedom to practice their own religion, etc. Our government was founded off of the preservation of equality, this explains how the founding fathers wrote the government for America off of equal treatment for everybody after leaving Britain under the unjust rule of King George III. Today everybody is entitled to the same freedoms including freedom of press, speech, religion, belief, etc. and everyone is allowed to express themselves openly and freely.
